Bruncheria Espinoza began as a Saturday tradition, a small window at the Columbus Farmers Market where neighbors lined up for chilaquiles and café de olla before the day even started. Today, we're proud to be one of Columbus, Indiana's favorite spots for Mexican brunch.
We make our salsas and drinks like jamaica and horchata from scratch, cook with family recipes, and prepare everything fresh. Running a small trailer means every inch matters, so we take pride in keeping it clean, organized, and efficient. Our goal is simple: great Mexican brunch, served fresh and served well. Whether it's your first visit or your fiftieth, we're glad you're here.

I've made multiple visits and tried something new nearly each time. I've never been disappointed. Today I had the avocado toast and an iced horchata, both were delicious!
